The UWA Triathlon Club has 2 running sessions per week, these are listed below. Training commences from the beginning of July however it may get cancelled because of bad weather.

Coached Running – Wednesday 5:30PM

The coached running sessions involves a series of sprint, short distance, interval, fartlek and various other training methods. Everyone runs at their own pace on the oval so it’s suitable for everyone.

When: Wednesday 5:30PM

Where: McGillivray Oval, Mt. Claremont

Bring: Towel, Water, Running shoes

Friday Run Map

Club Run – Friday 5:30PM

A 5km club run from the Boat Shed Car Park occurs on Friday evenings, just across from UWA. This is an out-and-back 5km southwards along Matilda Bay so everyone can run their own pace.

When: Friday 5:30PM

Where: Boat Shed Car Park (Opposite UWA at Matilda Bay), Nedlands. (Free parking after 5pm.)

Bring: Shoes, Water

Suitable for: Everyone
