Running – Monday 4:30pm @ Lake Monger
The coached running sessions involves a series of sprint, short distance, interval, fartlek and various other training methods. Everyone runs at their own pace on the oval so it’s suitable for everyone.
When: Wednesday 4:30 – 5:30pm
Where: Lake Monger Recreation Centre
Bring: Towel, water, running shoes
Suitable for: Runners already attending the Wednesday session
